1430.05 VIOLATIONS; ABATEMENT; SEPARATE OFFENSES.
   (a)   No person shall erect, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in violation of any of the provisions of the International Mechanical Code, as adopted in Section 1430.01, or cause, permit or suffer any such violation to be committed.
   (b)   It is the responsibility of the offender to abate the violation as expeditiously as possible, and each day during which such violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
