The following sections of the International Mechanical Code, as adopted in Section 1430.01, are hereby amended as follows:
Any reference to the ICC Electrical Code will be deleted and replaced with the 2005 National Electric Code.
Any reference to the International Plumbing Code will be deleted and replace with the Illinois Plumbing Code, current edition.
IMC Section 101.1 Title. (Amended)
Insert: Village of Richton Park
Section 101.2.1 Appendices. Add Appendix A combustion air openings and chimney connector pass-throughs is specifically adopted by Village and shall apply.
IMC Section 103.1 General. (Deleted)
IMC Section 106.5.2 Fee schedule. Delete section and replace with: The fees for mechanical work shall be as indicated in Chapter 1440 of the Codified Ordinances of Richton Park.
IMC Section 106.5.3 Fee refunds. (Delete this section in its entirety)
IMC Section 108.4 Violation penalties. (Specify offense) Insert: misdemeanor; (amount) Insert: $750; (number of days) Insert: Maximum allowed by state.
IMC Section 108.5 Stop work orders. Insert $100; $750. Add each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
