There is hereby adopted by the Village, as a part of the Official Plan of the Village, a Thoroughfare Plan prepared by the Planning Commission under the authority of Illinois R.S. Chapter 24, Article 11-12-5, as amended. Such Plan is hereby incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
