The Police Chief may revoke or suspend any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter for:
(a) The violation of any provision of this chapter;
(b) The failure to comply with any applicable law or code;
(c) The transmission of twelve or more false alarms in a twelve-month period; or
(d) The failure of an alarm user or his or her designated representative to respond within one hour to a request for access to the protected premises by a Village police officer following the activation of any automatic protection device, alarm system or local alarm.
