1062.08 OPERATION WITHOUT PERMIT.

Any alarm user who operates an alarm system or an automatic protection device without obtaining an authorization permit as required in this chapter, or who, after having an authorization permit revoked, fails to disconnect his or her alarm system, shall be deemed to be in violation of this chapter.
