Every alarm user authorized under this chapter shall be required to have his or her alarm system, automatic protection device or local alarm inspected and tested at least once a year by a licensed alarm agent. The person or persons performing this inspection and testing shall provide both the alarm user and the Police Chief with written documentation of their findings, certifying such system as operational.
