Automatic Protection Device. Each permit granted hereunder for an automatic protection device shall be an annual permit, the term of which shall commence on May 1 of any given year and continue until April 30 of the following year. The annual permit fee required hereunder shall be paid in full with no prorating or abatement based on the date of application for any such permit.
