1045.05 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

If any provision of this chapter is inconsistent with a provision of any other Village ordinance, then this chapter shall prevail over any other inconsistency to the extent of such inconsistency, but only for and until the time the purposes of this chapter have been fully accomplished.
