The method of computation of service charges established for users in Section 1044.39 et seq. shall be made available to a user within seven days of receipt of a written request for the same. Any disagreement over the method used or in the computations shall be remedied by the Village Board within thirty days after notification of a formal written appeal outlining the discrepancies.
