(a) If the charge for sewer service is not paid within forty-five days after the bill for such service issued as provided in Section 1044.43(b), then service shall be suspended following issuance of a "door hanger" notice and shall not be reinstated until all charges are paid current.
(b) There will be an additional charge of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for after-hour reinstatement of utility services after normal business hors (excluding Sunday where the additional charge is one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00). Normal operating hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
