The following classification of storm water fees:
(a) Each residential metered customer of both single family homes and each residential housing units in multi-unit residential buildings shall pay the following monthly storm water maintenance fee:
March 1, 2021 $7.14
(b) Each non-residential metered customer shall pay the following monthly storm water maintenance fee:
March 1, 2021 $14.28
(c) The fees provided in subsections (a) and (b) shall increase by 2% beginning May 1, 2022 and every May 1 thereafter. Effective May 1, 2022, the residential monthly fee will be $7.28, and the nonresidential monthly fee shall be $14.57.
(d) At least 60 days before the effective date of an annual increase, Village staff shall make recommendations to the Village Board as to whether the 2% increase should remain in place or be adjusted for the forthcoming fiscal year.
