(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 202.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)
(a) Whoever violates Section 1042.19(c)(2) shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1042.23 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, any such violation may result in the suspension or revocation of the violator's business license.
Whoever knowingly makes a false statement or representation in any writing required to be prepared under Section 1042.23 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each submission.
