1042.08 EXTRANEOUS FLOWS DEFINED.

As used in Sections 1042.09 through 1042.14, "extraneous flows" means those flows, other than domestic sewage or industrial waste, consisting of groundwaters, surface waters, storm waters and other drainage or clean waters.
