1026.02 CONDEMNATION AND PROVISION FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.

The Board of Trustees may, at any time by resolution, condemn any portion of a sidewalk whenever in its judgment it is deemed necessary, and may provide for the construction of a new sidewalk in accordance with this chapter and other provisions of this Code.
