886.01 SHORT TITLE.

Pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 8-3-14, as amended, this chapter shall be known and cited as the "Hotel Accommodations Tax Ordinance" and the tax herein imposed shall be known and cited as the "hotel accommodations tax."
