884.07 EFFECTIVE DATE.

This chapter (Ordinance 433, passed June 10, 1974, as amended) shall take effect after publication, and the tax provided for herein shall be based on the gross receipts actually paid to the taxpayer for services billed on or after August 1, 1974.
