872.10 STOPPING OR STANDING RESTRICTED.

No taxicab other than one licensed under this chapter shall stop or stand on any street, road, boulevard or driveway or in any parking area, in the Village for more than five minutes during any one period of time that such taxicab may legally be in the Village, unless such taxicab has prominently displayed a sign reading "NOT FOR HIRE."
