872.06 USE BY MULTIPLE PASSENGERS.

Individual service shall be accorded the person first employing a taxicab at the rate of fare designated by the rate card posted in the taxicab. No taxicab driver shall permit any other person to occupy or ride in the taxicab unless the person first employing the taxicab consents to the acceptance of additional passengers.
