868.06 SOLICITING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES.
   No person, whether registered under this chapter or not, shall, at any time on a Sunday or a State or national holiday, or prior to 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. on any other day, go upon any premises and ring the door bell upon or near any door of a residence located thereon, rap or knock upon any door or create any sound in any other manner calculated to attract the attention of the occupant of such residence, for the purpose of securing an audience with the occupant thereof to engage in soliciting.
