(a) The license year for all licenses required under this chapter shall be from each January 1 through December 31. The application for a license shall be accompanied by payment in full of the fee stated in this section. Fees for a partial year shall be pro-rated on a monthly basis. No application shall be considered complete until such fee is paid.
(b) All licenses shall be issued for a specific location and shall be nonrefundable, nontransferable and nonassignable.
(c) The classification of licenses and fees for each year shall be as follows:
(1) The SOE business license fee is two thousand, five hundred dollars ($2,500) per year;
(2) The SOE manager's license fee is one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year;
(3) The SOE entertainer's license fee is one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year;
(4) The SOE server's license fee is one hundred dollars ($100.00).
