864.03 LICENSE REQUIRED FOR MANAGERS, SERVERS AND ENTERTAINERS.

No person shall work as an entertainer, server or manager at an adult entertainment business without first obtaining a license to do so pursuant to this chapter. All managers, servers and entertainers shall be a minimum of twenty-one years of age. All managers, servers and entertainers shall be employees of the owner.
