860.04 PERIODIC INSPECTION OF LICENSEE'S GOODS.

The Chief of Police shall, from time to time, inspect the goods, wares or merchandise of each peddler or hawker as to sanitation and as to the kinds of goods, wares or merchandise as stated in the license application.
