858.19 TEMPORARY LOTS.
   (a)   Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to require the licensing of temporary parking lots operated for the accommodation of motorists attending public functions, circuses or sports events, even though a fee may be charged the patrons of such temporary lots. No such temporary lot, however, shall be operated more than two days in any week.
   (b)   At the entrance of such a temporary lot, there shall be placed a sign on which is printed the words, in letters of sufficient size to be legible to all patrons, "Temporary Parking Lot-Not Licensed."
