858.05 BARRIERS REQUIRED.
Except for places of entrance and exit, every parking lot licensed under this chapter shall be completely enclosed by barriers constructed and maintained so as to withstand the shocks and stresses to which they will normally be subjected by vehicles using the premises. Such barriers shall be of such height as to engage the bumper of any motor vehicle parked on the lot so that no portion of the vehicle extends over the property lines. When a parking lot abuts upon a building, barriers shall be erected, as provided in this section, to prevent motor vehicles from striking such building.
