No person, firm or corporation shall engage in, conduct or carry on, or permit to be engaged in, conducted or carried on, the business of massage, or otherwise provide a massage in return for compensation, in the Village of Richton Park, without first having obtained a massage business license issued by the Village pursuant to the provisions of this chapter for each and every premises used for the business of conducting a massage business or otherwise providing massages for compensation by such person. The applicant for such business license must be at least eighteen years of age.
