(a) Each person acting in the Village as an agent for or on behalf of a corporation, company or association regulated under this chapter shall, on or before July 15 of each year, render to the Village Clerk a full, true and just account, verified by his or her oath, of all premiums upon fire insurance policies which, during the year ending on July 1 preceding such report, have been received by him or her, or by another person for him or her on behalf of such corporation, company or association on property located in the Village.
(b) At the time of rendering the report, the agent shall also pay to the Village Treasurer the sum of money for which the company, corporation or association represented by him or her is chargeable under Section 832.02.
