828.13 WASTE DISPOSAL.

Waste oil or other flammable liquids shall be stored in metal containers on the premises of a filling station pending removal therefrom. No such waste shall be permitted to drain into any sewer or storm water drainage system. Rags and soiled waste shall be kept in metal containers.
