(a) If any person who is licensed to engage in the business of a filling station wishes, before the expiration of such license, to change the location of the business engaged in under such license, the licensee shall notify the Village Clerk and shall furnish all of the information which is required to be furnished on an original application for such a license.
(b) Every application for a change of location shall be approved by the Chief of Police and the Fire Chief before a change in location is authorized.
