828.01 DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "filling station" means any building, structure, premises, enclosure or other place in the Village where a container or tank, either portable or stationary, containing flammable liquids is kept or located for the purpose of selling, offering for sale or distributing such liquids from such container or tank.
