816.05 VENDING MACHINE OR SELF-SERVICE DISPLAY UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or maintain a vending machine or self- service display for the sale or dispensing of tobacco or cigarette products. All cigarette and tobacco products must be displayed from behind a sales/service counter so that no consumer can access cigarette or tobacco products without assistance by an employee of the licensee.
