814.45 REQUIREMENTS IN VIOLATION OF CHAPTER OR FRANCHISE.

Should the State or the Federal Communications Commission or any other agency require the grantee to perform or cease to perform any act, compliance with which would be in conflict with any provision of the franchise agreement or this chapter, the grantee shall comply with the requirement but shall notify the Board of Trustees immediately prior to such compliance.
