Any right, power or duty of the grantor, the Village or any official of the Village under this chapter may be transferred or delegated, by ordinance, resolution or other appropriate action of the Board of Trustees, to an appropriate officer, employee or department of the Village or any legal authority, including any intergovernmental agency created for the purpose of regulating the operation and development of the cable television system.
