The Federal Communications Commission Rules and Regulations, Part 76, Subpart k (Technical Standards), shall apply to a cable television system regulated by this chapter. However, because of the recent development of interactive and other innovative services, modification of Federal Communications Commission standards, as presented in the specifications set forth in this chapter, are considered as necessary to meet system service objectives.
