The grantee shall provide a public access and cablecasting facility and module remote studio van. These facilities shall be equipped as provided in Attachment C, which is attached to original Ordinance 593, passed July 12, 1982, or with comparable substitute equipment.
If the grantee provides access studios in another community where the grantee has obtained a franchise from such community, and such franchise is revoked, surrendered, expired, transferred or is no longer valid for any reason, the grantee shall not be relieved of responsibility for providing nearby access studios for use under this chapter and the franchise agreement.
