806.31 REPORTING BREACH OF PEACE OR OTHER OFFENSES.
   (a)   For the purposes of this section:
      (1)   "Breach of the peace" means a breaking or disturbing of the peaceful enjoyment of a licensed premises by means of any riotous, forcible or unlawful proceeding or activity.
      (2)   "Offense" means a violation of any penal statute of the State.
   (b)   Every licensee under this chapter, and his or her agents or employees, shall notify the Police Department immediately upon the occurrence, on the licensed premises, of one or more of the following:
      (1)   A riot, disturbance, fight, brawl or other breach of the peace.
      (2)   Any violation under this chapter or any other provision of this Code.
      (3)   Any offense.
   (c)   No licensee shall be deemed to be in violation of any provision of this chapter merely because he or she has complied with the provisions of this section.
