(a) No person licensed under this chapter or his or her employee or agent shall fill or refill, in whole or in part, any original package of alcoholic liquor with the same or any other kind or quality of alcoholic liquor.
(b) No person shall have in his or her possession for sale at retail any bottle, cask or other container containing alcoholic liquor, except in its original package.
(c) No person licensed under this chapter or his or her employee or agent shall sell or offer for sale alcoholic liquor in any container containing less than six ounces.
