806.25 SALE TO MINORS AND CERTAIN OTHER PERSONS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No licensee under this chapter or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person or to any person known by him or her to be an habitual drunkard; a spendthrift; an insane, mentally ill or mentally deficient person; or a person in need of mental treatment.
   (b)   No person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic liquor, shall sell, give or deliver such alcoholic liquor to another person under the age of twenty-one years, except as provided in Section 806.26(d).
   (c)   No retail liquor dealer shall allow, entice or permit any person under the age of twenty-one years, or persons in the habit of being intoxicated, to be, to remain or loiter within or about his or her place of business. As used in this section, "loitering" includes playing pool, game machines, etc., within the bar area.
