806.24 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (a)   Class A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H Licenses. No person holding a Class A through Class H liquor license shall sell, permit to be sold, or give away any alcoholic liquor between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays, 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Saturdays, and 3:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sundays. However, if December 31 of a given year falls on a day other than Saturday, then the licensee may sell alcoholic liquor until 3:00 a.m. on January 1.
   (b)   Class I and A-L Licenses. No person holding a Class I or Class A-L liquor license shall sell, permit to be sold, or give away any alcoholic liquor between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., seven days a week, except that liquor may be sold on December 31 in accordance with Section 806.24(a).
   (c)   The last call for selling or distributing alcohol on the premises shall occur no later than 30 minutes prior to the establishment's scheduled closing time.
   (d)   No licensee shall allow patrons to remain in areas where liquor is sold for longer than 15 minutes after the closing hours set forth in subsection (a) above.
