No person shall employ, on any premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, any person who is afflicted with, or who is a carrier of, any contagious, infectious or venereal disease. No person who is afflicted with or is a carrier of any such disease shall work on or about any such premises or engage in any way in the handling, preparation or distribution of liquor.
