806.16 CHANGE OF LOCATION OF BUSINESS.
   A retail liquor dealer's license shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only on the premises described in the application and license. Such location may be changed only upon the issuance, by the President of the Board of Trustees, of a written permit to make such change. No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location is a proper one for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor under the laws of the State and the ordinances of the Village. Should any licensed establishment cease doing business due to insolvency, a discharge in bankruptcy, abandonment or by the closing out of the business, the license issued for such establishment shall be terminated.
