806.13 RECORDS.
   The President of the Board of Trustees shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all licenses issued by him or her under this chapter and shall furnish the Village Clerk, the Village Treasurer and the Chief of Police each with a copy thereof. Upon the issuance of any new license, or the revocation of any old license, the President shall give written notice of such action to such officers within forty-eight hours of such action.
