The application fee required in Section 806.07(c) shall be paid to the Village Collector at the time the application is made and shall be forthwith turned over to the Village Treasurer. If the license applied for is denied, the fee shall be returned to the applicant. If the license is granted, the fee shall be deposited in the general corporate fund or in such other fund as designated by the Board of Trustees, by proper action. The license fee required by Section 806.11 shall be paid when the license is issued. The application fee shall not be returned.
