806.09 INSPECTION OF APPLICATIONS.
   The Local Liquor Commissioner shall cause the Chief of Police, the Building Inspector, the Fire Chief and the Health Officer to make due investigation of an application for a retail liquor dealer's license. If such officers find that all of the applicable ordinances of the Village have been complied with, the application shall be forwarded the Commissioner. The Commissioner may cause such inspection at any time upon his or her reasonable belief, for just cause, that such inspection is necessary to protect the public health, safety, welfare and morals and is made to ensure full compliance by the licensee with the ordinances of the Village.
