Whoever violates, fails to comply with, or resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. A citation with a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be issued for each violation of any section of this chapter. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation exists.
