The Building Department shall, under the direction and administration of the Director of Community Development or other Village designee, make or cause to be made a minimum of one interior inspection, each calendar year, of every commercial or industrial facility and premises located within the corporate limits of the Village to determine if the building and premises are being maintained in compliance with the Property Maintenance Code currently in force.
