A person who is licensed to carry on, engage in or conduct any business or occupation required to be licensed under this Title Two of Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code, and who has designated in his or her license a particular place in which the business or occupation is to be carried on, engaged in or conducted, and who has, before the expiration of such license, changed the location of such place, shall forthwith notify the Village Clerk of such fact. No such business shall be carried on, engaged in or conducted under the authority of such license at such new location until such notice of change has been given.
