694.01 SMOKING RESTRICTIONS.

The "Cook County Clean Indoor Air Ordinance," adopted by the Cook County Board of Commissioners on March 15, 2006, is hereby declared to be inoperative in the Village pursuant to the provisions of Section 30-925 of the Cook County Ordinance.
