664.09 PUBLIC URINATION OR DEFECATION.

Any person who urinates or defecates on the public way, or on any outdoor public property, or on any outdoor private property, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). This section shall not apply to use of a temporary or permanent structure or enclosure erected outdoors for use as a toilet facility.
