No person shall:
(a) Make, aid, countenance or assist in making, any improper noise, riot, disturbance, diversion or other breach of the peace, or use threatening, abusive or profane language or obscene gestures toward any person, leading to a breach of the peace, in the streets or elsewhere in the Village;
(b) Cause, provoke or engage in any fight, brawl or riotous conduct so as to endanger the life, limb, health or property of another; or
(c) Jostle or roughly crowd another person unnecessarily in a public place or be offensive to public order or decency.
