(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. (Adopting Ordinance)
(b) In addition to such penalty, the Village may pursue any civil remedy it may have against any permittee under this chapter, or any person causing damage to park property, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
